The Leadership Structure of the NSCR, is organized to allow members the utmost influence on the direction in which the club takes. Below is a demonstration of the rights and responsibilities of the various ranks and offices within the club.

General Membership All Members have equal rights to all club activities and benefits as listed on the Membership page. As a member of the NSCR you have direct responsibility for the nomination and election of your respective Regional representatives. Members will also vote on major bills and or issues, of which the Board of Directors introduces for open vote. Membership also entitles you the option to propose amendments and or addendums regarding any aspect of the club, club rules or sanctioned activities to their respective representatives for presentation to the Board of Directors or the Regional body for further consideration.

Regional Representatives Regional Representatives equally have rights to the same club activities and benefits as the General Membership. Regional Representatives are responsible for the representation of the General Membership to the President and Board of Directors. The Regional Representatives are the elective body of the Membership. They are responsible for nominating and electing the officers who serve as the Board of Directors. They also retain all voting privileges of General members, in addition to the ablilty to vote on other issues as deemed necessary by the President and/or Board of Directors.

Board of Directors The Board of Directors equally has rights to the same club activities as the General Membership and is comprised of three positions; the Vice President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer. As a body, the Board of Directors, will work directly with the President, and as liaison between Regional Representatives and the President. Individually the duties of the officers who comprise the Board of Directors are as follows:

-The Vice President is responsible for coordinating all voting activities and assisting the president in the performance of his or her official duties. The Vice President shall act on behalf of the President in his or her absence or inability to perform Presidential duties.

-The Secretary is responsible for compiling and distributing all material to the Regional Representatives, The Board of Directors and the President as well as handling the accurate processing of applications for membership, and other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned by the President. The NSCR quarterly is also a responsibility of the Secretary.

-The Treasurer is responsible for keeping timely detailed and accurate accounts of club income and expenditures for the Board of Directors and the President at all reasonable times. The Treasurer is also responsible for providing detailed accountability of club finances to the membership in the NSCR quarterly and the year end profit and loss statement. The Treasurer, in the absence of a storekeeper will handle all purchases and sales of club merchandise, and shall be responsible for fund raising, and all other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned by the President.

President
The President may veto any bill which the Board of Directors submits for approval. The President will also preside over all General Membership meetings, Regional meetings, Meetings of the Board of Directors and all other Club activities. The President shall initially appoint any unfilled position on either the Board of Directors or the Regional Representatives. Thereafter, the President may appoint any official position in the NSRC if after a reasonable attempt at a direct election has failed. Additionally, the President, in the commission of his official duties, as the head of the governing body of the NSRC, has all authority over the business of the NSRC hereby granted unto him. The President, as required and necessitated by any Officer of the Board of Directors; Regional Representative or any General Member who fails to perform according to his or her duties or responsibilities may relieve or otherwise revoke official duties, club privileges and benefits of said officer or member without warning or notice.
